As President of HETI, I want to extend a warm welcome to all of you to the 18th International Congress! You are here, as I am, because we all believe in the power of our equines to change lives. The next few days of meetings will provide engagement that will reinforce our beliefs, new information that will enhance our programs, and opportunities to learn from each other.
